The 2003 Building Bridges of Democracy programme of CIVICUS in Europe will be held in Vienna, Austria under the title: "Civil Society in 2010" on 5-7 June, 2003. The conference will focus on the development and perspectives of organised civil society in Europe, need for democracy and democratisation, and the effects of European integration.
