CIVICUS in Europe will be once again part of one of the major funders' forum in Europe: the Annual General Assembly and Conference of the European Foundation Centre. We will have our satellite event in form of a breakfast meeting in Brussels with the title: What Role for CIVICUS in Europe?
From the pre-programme brochure on the CIVICUS in Europe event: "CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation is undergoing a profound change to respond creatively to the new challenges facing global civil society. CIVICUS in Europe will present its main programmes including a government-civil society relations project, a concept paper on European civil society, and the "Building Bridges of Democracy" project for Central and South East European countries."
